ECE241 Lab 4: Blinky and VHDL!!!


Repeat lab 1, but using VHDL to model the inverter instead
of drawing a schematic. Also, use BTN1 and LED1 on the DIO1
board, rather than the button and LED used in Lab 1.

We will discuss VHDL in class, but you may want
to take a peek at section 5.3 of the text!

Deliverables

- VHDL source
- Design Summary
- Brief report. In addition to the usual, comment on your first
impressions of using an HDL: what was hard, what was easy, what
is (still) confusing.

No simulation necessary!
