Ricahrd Wall

Dr. Wall is an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering who currently teaches courses in embedded control and senior design. His research interest focus on areas of distributed industrial control. Richard worked for Idaho Power Company in Boise, Idaho for 18 years before joining the U of I in 1990. While with Idaho Power, he worked in communications, protective relaying and R&D. (For more information on his education, have a look at his vitae). His present research interests are in the area of plug and play distributed sensor networks. He participates in interdisciplinary research for the Office of Navel Research, USDA, and the Transportation
