Either the 3rd edition or the 4th edition is ok. The book for J.C. Das is
a bit more up to date, and more thorough in some of its discussions. But
Blackburn's book is a very good reference

Network Protection and Automation Guide. The entire guide is available for
free, however the official link through the Alstom Grid link
